The Small Business Development Center provides free expert counseling and free or low cost workshops across the state of Connecticut. SBDC is hosted by CCSU and our Executive Office is located in downtown New Britain. In addition, SBDC has satellite offices at each of the other CT State University System (CSUS) campuses as well as an office at the Department of Economic and Community Development in Hartford.

Request for Counseling
To work with one of SBDC's expert counselors, we ask that you complete an online Request for Counseling Form. Select your town from the drop down menu to the right, then click the orange "Workshops and Request for Counseling" button at the top, and then click on the blue "Request for Counseling" link. Once submitted, you will be contacted by your assigned counselor in 1-2 business days.
