The Writing A Business Plan: Your Company's Roadmap consists of two sessions (February 15th and February 22nd). During these sessions our talented advisors will provide hands on instruction with counseling. Participants will learn how to conduct a market analysis, prepare a budget, define a business model and how to effectively communicate their business growth strategy. Participants must attend both sessions to receive a Certificate of Completion.
